COASTAL WATERS RESEARCH
Aquatic Environments

The fundamental field of coastal zones can be identified quantitatively by studying water temperatures, salinity concentration, tidal flows, etc. In addition, meteorological and hydrographic conditions, water quality, bottom sediment and other natural environments must be studied when planning fishing ports, fishing grounds, marine civil engineering work, etc.
With experienced staff and state-of-the-art marine research equipment, KAIYO ENGINEERING is ready to provide accurate environmental information to meet all specific needs. We will assess natural environments and provide documents that are needed in various stages of building thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, harbors, golf courses and other structures.
In particular, KAIYO ENGINEERING has many years of expertise in heated water discharge surveys by towed surveys on the water temperature in the vicinity to a nuclear power plant.

Research topics: Water quality, bottom sediment, hydrological regime, plankton, towing water temperature research
